In 2010, the BLS Fertilizer Equipment Company had the privilege of engaging with a client in Indonesia who urgently needed to establish a production line capable of producing 50,000 tons of NPK fertilizer annually. Faced with this demand, the company overcame numerous challenges and successfully provided a comprehensive solution to the client.
During the initial engagement, the company learned of the client’s many concerns regarding the entire operation and maintenance of the compound fertilizer production line, as this was a completely new field for the client. However, once the intention was established, the company promptly initiated a comprehensive training program. This program encompassed, designing of process flow, equipment selection, commissioning and installation, as well as equipment maintenance, with professional engineers and translators accompanying the process, ensuring the safe operation of local staff and the normal functioning of the equipment.
In less than three month, the new production line was successfully set up and running in Indonesia. During recent follow-up visits, the client highly praised the company’s service and the high-quality fertilizer production line provided. After 13 years of operation, the production line still maintains high capacity without any breakdowns, leading the client to express deep gratitude for the company’s quality and service.
