In 2012, we successfully engaged with a client from Mauritius who was in need of a production line capable of producing 50,000 tons of NPK fertilizer granule per year.. After thoroughly understanding the client’s requirements, we proposed a unique solution, which included two drying machines and a single cooling machine. Our decision to propose this particular solution was influenced by the geographical location of Mauritius, being an island nation surrounded by high humidity levels, which led to the raw materials having high moisture content. Consequently, we customized this solution to ensure compliance with the required moisture content of the product. Following detailed communication and explanation with the client, they were highly satisfied with the proposed solution.

Upon the installation and successful operation of the equipment, we emphasized the importance of maintenance and provided relevant recommendations. The client readily accepted our suggestions and diligently adhered to the maintenance schedules outlined in the manual for different equipment. It is a source of pride that the entire production line has been running for 11 years and continues to maintain its excellent condition.

Considering the highly corrosive nature of the raw materials, particularly towards the equipment, automatic feeding systems, and electronic components, we provided recommendations in the maintenance manual for the timely replacement of consumable parts. The client diligently adhered to the scheduled replacement of consumable parts, enabling our equipment to operate reliably for a remarkable 11-year period.
