DESCRIPTION

The Palm Fiber Granulating Machine is the primary equipment used to process palm fiber into organic fertilizer granules, offering an annual capacity ranging from 10,000 to 200,000 tons per year.

The palm fiber granulating process involves several key steps and equipment:

1) Feeding Equipment

The raw material, palm fiber, is fed into the granulating machine using either automatic or manual feeding equipment.

4) Rotary Drum Cooler

After drying, the granules are then cooled using a rotary drum cooler, ensuring they achieve the desired specifications.

5) Rolling and Sieving Equipment

The granules are further processed using rolling and sieving equipment to attain the specified size range (2mm to 4.75mm).

6) Coating Machine

A coating machine may be used to apply a protective or specialized coating onto the granules.

7) Automatic Packing Machine

Finally, the granules are automatically packed into the specified packaging. This machine is responsible for efficiently packaging the final organic fertilizer granules.
