Pioneering the World’s First Palm Fiber Organic Fertilizer Production Line

In 2014, our company took the global lead in developing a production line for palm fiber organic fertilizer, heralding a new milestone in sustainable agriculture. This achievement was made possible through close collaboration with our clients and our deep insight into environmental issues.

We recognized that in the past, palm fruit pressing resulted in palm fiber being discarded as waste, negatively impacting the environment. This challenge fueled our motivation to collaborate with our clients. After nearly a year of relentless effort, our technical team successfully created the world’s first production line for palm fiber organic fertilizer, which was put into production and sales in 2014.

Within our palm fiber composite fertilizer production line, palm fiber provides a high content of natural nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium (NPK), reaching nearly 10% in content. Compared to animal manure organic fertilizers, our finished granules are odorless. Vegetables and fruits irrigated with palm fiber organic fertilizer exhibit high yields, superior taste, and appearance, earning great favor among consumers.

Throughout the research and development process, we overcame numerous challenges. During the drying of palm fiber, we actively adjusted our conventional thinking and experimented with different processing methods, eventually producing high-quality palm fiber organic fertilizer products.

From initial client demands to R&D breakthroughs, this journey was unprecedented. However, it was the diligent dedication and professional research of our R&D and production teams that enabled us to successfully establish the world’s first palm fiber composite fertilizer production line in Indonesia in 2014, setting a new benchmark in the field of sustainable agriculture.
